Pavel Hanus, a current member of the company's Board of Directors, has been appointed CEO of Duslo, one of the most important companies in the chemical industry in Slovakia, as of January 1st 2026. He will replace Petr Bláha, who is leaving the AGROFERT Group after more than 17 years of successful engagement. On behalf of the company and the group, Petr Cingr, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Duslo and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the AGFROFERT Group, thanked him for the work he has done for AGROFERT Group.
Pavel Hanus will also be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Duslo. Emil Macho, a long-time respected manager of the AGROFERT Group in the agricultural segment, who will be in charge of external relations in Duslo, will be appointed the new Vice-Chairman of Duslo. Petr Cingr remains the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.

About Pavel Hanus
In addition to his current appointment at Duslo, where Pavel Hanus becomes CEO and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, he also holds important managerial positions within the AGROFERT Group. Among others, he is the Chief Commercial Officer of LAT Nitrogen, a manufacturer of fertilizers and other nitrogen products in Austria and France and a fertilizer distributor in Europe, and the CEO of GreenChem Holding, one of Europe's largest AdBlue producers and distributors.

About Emil Macho
In addition to his current appointment Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Duslo for External Relations, Emil Macho is the CEO of the agricultural company Agropodnik Trnava. He is with the AGROFERT Group since 2009. From 2018 to 2024, he was also the chairman of the Slovak Chamber of Agriculture and Food. At the moment, he is also the First Vice-Chairman of this chamber and, at the same time, the Vice-President of the Association of Employers' Associations of the Slovak Republic.
